Worst service ever

No service at all- disgusted - My elderly mom moved to a retirement village, she needs to be connected to contact me and my sister in Australia. First they advised the line needs to be commissioned by the Infrastructure carrier. I went there twice after work to chat via what's app only to hear now the router is faulty. 2 night until 21:30 PM and still not connected.
