Worst service ever

I am turning to this platform in the hope that some senior manager in Afrihost gets this review and gets someone in the business to assist. After about 30 phonecalls, 10 checks if everything is plugged in, and 5 resets, I still do not have connectivity since last week Thursday. Line management cannot be bothered to phone back. All I want is for someone to get into their company vehicle and do problem solving on site. The outage in the area is long solved. I would have received yet another incident reference number 90 minutes ago and needless to say, I am still waiting.
