Worst service ever

Oh my!!! The worst experience ever! We have been waiting to be connected since January 2022. Instead we get no responses, or different consultants asking us to explain our situation daily...we have paid for the month of Jan but have not even had the pleasure of using the Wifi service. Instead, we got an invoice for Feb!

Looking at all these negative reviews on HP, we clearly will never get any joy.
