Worst service ever

The worst service I have ever recieved. After waiting 2 weeks, you don't answer calls, whatsapps, even the online help center is offline all the time. I already have a frogfoot router however to migrate the contract seems to be so much more effort then just taking out another contract with a different company. Hopefully they will actually assist us.
