WORST SERVICE EVER

I am COMPLETELY and UTTERLY disappointed in this service. I waited more that three weeks for the router delivery which was then delivered to the wrong person...after some struggle I finally received the router only to wait MORE THAN A MONTH for the installation. Numerous phone calls trying to het this sorted and getting fed up.

I phoned Afriforum to cancel. After all of this struggle they charge me R999 for a cancelation fee????? For what ?? I have literally not received ANY service from you struggled for so long, I EVEN PAID FOR THE ROUTER PICKUP to give it back and still you charge me an installation fee that I have not received!

Logged a complaint to refund and NO ONE is responding! WORST SERVICE EVER I would not recommend this service to anyone EVER!
