Worst service ever

Worst Service Ever!!!!!!! Just had a Support Manager Hang Up on Me! Cant' believe how terrible the service is. Been asking the whole day to reboot our server to resolve an issue. Had a whole argument about it and after being advised that it would not fix the issue, we saw that the server rebooted and guess what, the problem is solved.
