Worst service ever.

So I have an account with Afrihost with all my domains, server, DSL and Mobile packages. On Friday I noticed one of the devices on my account running out of data which I found strange as the device was not even connected at the time. This device has a 3GB package with out of bundle turned off. The next moment I see 18GB of usage that does not reflect on the device or on the logs. I started by requesting logs which when sent to me were blank now all response I get from them for the past 5 days is they are waiting for their dev team? Afrihost used to be amazing but this is the final straw for me. I even purchased more data which did not help as none of my devices worked when I tested the sim card. Seems Afrihost has joined the ranks of *****ing data.
