Worst service ever

I requested a line transfer to another afrihost customer 3months ago as I moved to another house. Each month they said it will be transfered but Im still waiting. I paid R1200 already for the line that I dont have that is not even in the same town as I am. 4 people from afrihost said that the line will be transfered within a couple of days, now 3month and R1200 later I am still waiting. I will never ever use them again and will not recommend anybody to use them at all. I paid R1200 of my hard earned money ,that I demand back, to a company that nobody can help me. I pay my hard earned money to someone that just care about the money that they are taking from me for something that I do not have at all. I am fed up with this service from afrihost. They take money from me that I could have fed my family.
