Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

Worst experience with Afrohost. I ordered fiber from them last week Monday, by Thursday I reached out because I hadn’t heard a thing from them. That was the first time they mentioned that there was a delay with my installation because they couldn’t map my address, mind you I live in a small complex where my neighbors have the very same service so how they magically couldn’t get around finding my unit is beyond me. I spent all of Thursday and Friday answering the same email questions over n over n over and giving a detailed explanation a 2 year old can understand and when I follow up Tuesday morning they sent me the very same email I started with last week for the 6th time answering all the same questions and send the same POA AGAIN AND AGAIN. Truly the most annoying and frustrating and useless service I’ve experienced in forever.
