Worst service ever

<p>I ap**** with Afrihost for a mobile data bundel. Just after I had filed all my info, my just newly formed account was blocked. I sent in a review form as asked with all their lengthy info reqeusts like vat numbers billing info, a copy of my id, a photo of myself holding my id ect. I have been on hold for more than an hour. Spoken to more than 5 management representatives many times, been cut off and had to start all over at least 5 times an NO one can tell me why my account has been blocked and no one comes back to me as they promise they will. Before even being fully part of their system i have waisted money and time spend on them.... and still no joy. I received one phone call back promising me to find out what the problem is, week and a half ago, since then, nothing again. I rate Afrihost the worst service I have ever received, ever! One star rating is still to much!</p>
