Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Monday I requested a consultant to add my Afrihost email address to my laptop but to keep the same on my PC. The idiot loaded all to my laptop but emails stopped going through to my PC AND REGARDLESS OF SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS the team of Afrihost were simply not interested in assisting me. No returning calls. The emails for Iswarya kept on instructing me to either fix it myself or send him my anydesk address for a consultant to log onto my computer and fix it. Now, how do I do that when I am not at my desk???This person can do whatever he or she wants in my absence??

To top it all I just had a consultant, Tumelo, laugh at me when I asked for assistance. Now that is infuriating to say the least.

I also requested assistance form the web hosting team for assistance for longer than a week now!!!!!
