Worst service

Worst service ever I have been a client since 2012 and used them to setup hosting for clients since 2011 but for the last year their servers go down often and they never respond with what you require i requested logs and was told to the effect in the response I do not need the logs because the issue is not related to that but the logs were also requested prior to the CURRENT ISSUE

I plan to move to another service provider sad service once a company grows too much
