Worst service, constantly dropping internet.

Eversince I signed up for Vumatel Fibre with afrihost my internet service has been dropping out every 2nd day, I have no joy. weekends is the worst. I pay 100% every month for a 40% working service. My Fibre cable was damaged and patched up, really bad job done.I requested this be fixed several times, nothing done....I requested 1month service be credited back and a tech or account manager call me, none...Afrihost done care to follow up with it's customers. My internet was offline all morning and had to struggle on my own doing troubleshooting, modem off, modem on, modem Unplugged as per your website....happens everything...why is it so difficult to get a decent stable working service from Afrihost and Vumatel always has outages, but we never get credited back...customer service or managers never calls back as requested. All I want is a 100% working service then I won't have a need to keep calling you.
