Worst service

I took out a package with Afrihost for a pure DSL uncapped 20mps line. I checked on their site to see if it is covered by us and it was available. I was told it takes 2 weeks for them to install. 2 weeks passed and about a month after ordering the package and after phoning and following up with them several times I received an email saying they can not install the line by me because my area is too ‘risky’. After a whole month of phoning back and forth they decide to tell me now that it’s too risky when I made it so clear that I need it urgently as I am working from home and need a fast line. I disgusted in their pathetic service and lack of communication.
