Worst service

I have been struggling for 4 days to get my fiber connected. Between them and Vuma, they keep on blaming the other one. WORST SERVICE ever. I have to call them every time with hold times of 50 min. to talk to someone for another 50 min and then they say sorry the fault is on Vuma's side. I just want my Fiber on.
