Worst service and support ever!

Afrihost installed fibre internet and left me with a terrible installation as well as no mobile internet. After complaining for months and receiving the same answer ( nothing wrong on our side) I cancelled. I called their provider (Netstream) and they helped a little bit. Now after my cancellation, I still have to pay a penalty fee of R999.00! They did not deliver and I was very patient but still have to pay a penalty!

Very terrible company to do business with!
