Worst service and lies all the time

I order a fixed lte package. Spoke to the call center regarding the payment and was told to wait 24 hrs. Waited 48 hrs nothing happened phoned again, again a different story saying it takes 5 days. Verified my account still no delivery. Phoned multiple times and every time different story . R200 airtime gone. Eventually cancelled my account. I cannot see how Afrihost can get the customer service awards.
