Worst service

The worst internet provider I have ever used. Just because I don't want to allow a debit order on my account, and prefer to pay via EFT. They stopped my WiFi connection. Is this good service? This is the second of the month. And have you not received payments on my account ever in the last 3 months? If this is the case, then keep your internet. I will join a company that knows how to keep customers.
