Worst Service

Worst service levels in SA. I asked to have my domain transferred and now that they have cancelled everything we can't transfer. My business has had no email for 7 days. They give different explanations every time. My business has halted because of Afrihost. They tell me to get the technical email address to send the request and confirm the email address. When we do that they say it is not the technical email address. I have used them since they started but they have do downhill every single year. Do not use them.
