Worst service

I ordered the LTE from Afrihost, their package said express delivery 3 hours. The problems encountered were as follows: - They offer 3 hour express delivery but do not tell you it takes them more than a day to verify your payment. - They tell me I was not billed for express delivery but my order includes express. - They changed my order to collection are I told them I cannot collect, this happened twice - I whatsapped them twice to three a day but there is no help. The accounts department was the worst. - I was told my order is no longer express delivery but normal delivery without proper explanation. -I could not review the accounting department because the link expired 2 hours after I received.

This has been an absolute nightmare, just to get the unit delivered to my house. I still don't have a unit. I don't understand why the company offers a service they clearly can't delivery on.
