WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 14/07/2020 our router was deemed faulty, it was supposed to be collect the day after. Not only was it not collected we should have had our new router by now!!!!!!!!!!! NO COMMUNICATION or RESPONSE from ANYBODY, this service is the absolute WORST!!!!!!!!!! And this is for our company, if it wasn't for our IT team we still wouldn't have internet.
