Worst Service

Ordered the rain 55gig package from Afrihost. Package was delivered on Monday but was informed Afrihost had incorrect ID number on system. I immediately sent through all RICA documents and had my ID corrected. Was told that the courier would be contacted and details changed. Have contacted Afrihost over 7 times. Total of 3 hours waiting for calls to be attended to. Told each time they are still changing the details. Today was told that the package was cancelled and that I would have to reapply. Except now R999 is payable on router which was free when i app**** last week. Worst Service from afrihost staff. So bitterly disappointed. Guess it's time to change business and personal accounts to another service provider.
