Worst service

To say I’m disappointed in the service would be an understatement. I went with Afrihost because I’ve never had issues before so when I got fibre I expected an efficient service and to be connected but a week later it’s a blame game between Linteg and Afrihost. This morning when I spoke to another agent he admitted that the issue is with Afrihost and my matter was escalated for the fourth time now. Another agent called me after and yet again blamed Linteg. Linteg has been communicating with me and stated that the issue isn’t with them and provided proof. Afrihost may you sort this out or I’m cancelling and moving to another ISP.
