Worst service

<p>All I wanted to do was to make a payment arrangement with afrihost, however even though I have sent various requests for callbacks I haven't been called back, the social network team is very sarcastic, they kept making me repeat myself and posted on my Facebook that I can't receive a Telkom refund from them, I never mentioned that I wanted a refund from them I'm not an idiot, they tell me I'm not letting them assist me but then they turn around and make me repeat myself, it's a simple query! But they keep beating around the bush! They keep antagonising me! </p>
