Worst service

I have been battling with my Fibre at home and the office non stop. I pay over R4k a month for all the services i have with Afrihost. They upgraded us to 1000mb and our original modem could not handle the upgrade. In February this year they gave us 2 refurbished modems to see if it will work with the 5G. We have had endless issues. Since yesterday my fibre is off at the office and my business came to a standstill. Now they say i have to buy a new modem to fix the issue. I refuse as they gave me refurbished units in the first place. i am going to cancel my accounts.
