worst serves ever. no help. no people.

Horrible online service. they do not help or escalate any of your complaints. I have a online Store which i depend due to the epidemic of covid-19 for 3 days my site has been offline which they cant help me with noir do they respond. they keep giving ticket numbers without any help or feedback. There is literately no technical department and the "people" you speak over watsapp which is now the only form of communication which you can speak to them. its unhelpful and also don't no anything and I mean anything. I simply looking to do a restore on my website. the issue came from their end cause my wordpress site was not making any contact with the server aka. afrihost.com. (it was working fine i did no updates or any plugins to the site) they keep asking me to go back to my developer for help. NOW I AM THE DEVELOPER. so they ADVISED me to seek help with ANOTHER developer ( Like i mean really...common) I know the issue and tried to fix all the problems with coding with no success. the server kept having issues up to a point where i couldn't even connect to log into my website. AFRIHOST turned into one horrible service
