WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE - Worst than the worst government department!!!

WOW!! Ive only had to read 10 reviews here and could stop. Every single review mirrored the TERRIBLE, UNRELIABLE, POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL service I received from Afrihost. In short: I have app**** for a new fibre line 8 weeks ago. Timeline was 2 weeks. Router delivered in 2 days. But that is where the service stopped. After that: Silence. On every follow up, the answer is: "The problem will be resolved soon"; "You already have a connection on your property. Please cancel the service" - NOT true; "We have escalated the problem with Frogfoot"; "We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we are attending to your problem". Long story short. 8 weeks later, we are no where closer to having a line installed due to an apparent double application on our property which they cannot resolved. We have lived at our property for 8 years, a house which I had build so I for one know for sure there is not another line. Simply: they cannot resolve the problem. Worst company to deal with!
