Worst network service experience ever

I've had the pleasure of enduring the worst network service ever from Afrihost and their friends Vumatel. Afrihost keeps putting the fault on their partner and Vumatel doesn't respond to anyone apparently. My next shopping for a competent ISP is going to take some long consideration, I cannot go through what I'm going through right now where an agent pretends to assist but have no clue in the world about what they are doing and a simple turn around time for a ticket.
