Worst network providers ever

Worst Wi-Fi experience I’ve ever had. Their service is up there with the worst I’ve ever had as well. I just moved into my new place in October. I didn’t have internet for two whole weeks a few weeks ago. I lodged a ticket and I kept having to follow up. Nothing got done. And it got escalated to Vumatel who I never even heard from. Eventually I got it to work. It’s doing the same thing now AGAIN! I am paying for a full month of uncapped internet every month but only getting internet for 3 of the 5 weeks in that month? It’s an Absolute joke. And there is no point in even contacting them because nothing happens.

Whatever you do, do not use them. I’d rather go stand in both Telekom’s and Vodacoms long lines. Their service might be shaken but At least their Wi-Fi works.
