worst IT support ever

I have a server hosted at MTN data centre by Afrihost. This weekend they decide to do a server move with out the necessary authorization.They have shutdown my connection to my server and is down for two days. When I query this the call centre agent by the name of Njabulo could only say sorry and engineer is looking into it and will revert back to you. How long does it take the system engineer to sort out the issue and realize that people's servers are down and might loose money. And then when ask for a manager I was out right refuse to speak to one. Is this the kind of service that will keep SA afloat. I doubt
