Worst ISP Yet!!

The worst ISP to use!! Firstly you cannot speak to anyone over the phone. Secondly I placed this order 3 weeks ago, still to date nothing has been done. I was told today I just have to wait! What??? There is a line here, I have a router, why is it taking you so long. Your service is pathetic. Even the threat of going to social media I get told to have a nice a day. You are just a number to these people, don’t waste your time. I thought placing it 3 weeks early before I move in will avoid this from happening, but hey I should just wait longer.
