Worst isp there is!

i have never been this disgusted with any company in SA not even with the goverment!

Afrihost double charged me on my fibre line! I must contact them every time and then they promise me they will sort it out until today when they suspended suspended my account !!! And it is still not sorted out

still i have to contact them! It is their mistake but i have to contact them ?? How does that work!

I have logged support tickets! I have emailed you guys, I have called you now numerous times and every time after fighting the operator says, do not worry we will sort it out! But nothing. No i am without internet because you messed up?

Today after my account has been suspended i contacted the fibre department they passed me on to accounts, the lady at accounts just didnt helped me after asking for the manager, they aperantly spoke and are “busy” sorting out the issue and they will call me with an update... you did not even have the courtesy to call me!

I seriously dont know Afrihost could win the isp of the year with this terible service!!
