Worst ISP. Stay away!

For over a month I have tried desperately to have Fibre installed to my home. The issue is my home has never had a Fibre point connected. Despite this, Afrihost confirmed that Metrofibre would install the Fibre point and ONT at no additional cost to me. However, for reasons unknown to me, Afrihost and Metrofibre just cannot coordinate the installation and just update my profile to say I want to cancel my order! I feel like the left hand does not know what the right is doing. This has been the most frustrating process with a service provider I have ever had!
