Worst ISP in this country

I ordered fiber and wifi from Afrihost in December of 2024, they said it would take a week to setup and become connected. It is a month now and nothing has been done.

I get tossed between Vuma and Afrihost the entire time. The fiber line that is on my premises is still active with the previous tenant, I am renting where I live and I do not know who the previous tenant is or was.

Afrihost says Vuma needs to release the line and then Vuma says no Afrihost needs to release the line and it has been a back and forth between them and no one seems to care.

I have conversations with Afrihost on Whatsapp that confirms all of this.
