Worst ISP in the history of ISPs

Worst ISP i ever had. The employees are tops but their processes and the way they play middle man between myself and Vumareach is absolutely pathetic. Generic answers for everything. Its been more than 7 Days and I am still waiting for a refund that for money that was taken from my account after i was forced to pay R897 to get my line connected again. My fibre is cost me R1331.79 this month with no explanation as to why they took R434.79 in the first place. Its always Vuma is investigating... Meanwhile they have my statements showing how they thieved their way and took more money.

Absolutely ridiculous. I want my refund then I am moving all my services to a different provider (Including the ones I am paying at 4 other premises)

Anyone looking for the best ISP?? Its definitely not Afrihost
