Worst ISP in the country: Afrihost

Worst service I’ve experienced in my life.

1. Activation of my line took 4 weeks despite me phoning and emailing everyday 2. I was charged and account was debited before service was activated 3. Upgraded my line on 20/02 and have been invoiced. My line is still the same and not yet upgraded.

I have tried everyday to resolve these issues.

The feedback is pathetic and I’ve never had resolution and still don’t have any help.

I’ve never dealt with this level of incompetence and lack of effort before in my life.

I will never recommend afrihost to anyone I know.
