Worst ISP in South Africa

I’m on day 10 waiting for a normal line migration. I’m the one that keeps on following up, and every time they tell me that they are waiting for documents, that I’ve sent, after sending the documents for the 5th time, I refused to send it again, and told them to stop waisting my time, and read their emails, they finally rep**** and said they found my documentation, and sent it through to frogfoot. 4 days has gone by without any updates or communication. They really don’t care to get you connected, they work on their own paste. Really bad from a big company, never had issues before this, I will definitely find a more reliable ISP, they went from 10 - 0
