Worst ISP in South Africa

I signed up with Afrihost in August and to this very day I have never been able to use the service that they supposedly provide. I requested 4 times that a technician be sent out to the property to fix my problem, I was told that they don’t send out technicians. So my question is how do Afrihost solve customer issues? They don’t. Dealing with customer service is also a joke every time you submit a complaint you have to deal with someone new that tries to tell you that they can solve your problem but guess what. They can’t. I am seeking a full refund for services not delivered and to date I have not received a single email from anyone at Afrihost on this matter. Can’t wait for the day that Starlink arrives in South African s****s. Take my money
