WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA

I was on Afrihost 40 mb uncapped fiber on OPENSERVE network Immediately I noticed my speeds were very slow(less than 5 Mb) in evenings On enquiry they denied shaping me...at this stage I had used less than 200G I immediately informed afrihost that I'm cancelling my service and that I'm migrating my line to COOLIDEAS Spent many many hours(once 90 mins!!!!) on their automated call centre Eventually they cancelled my service and my line (B Number with Openserve too!) This meant I had to reactivate my fiber line with Openserve which resulted in me sitting without internet for days Instead of transferring my line and B number back open serve and COOLIDEAS They just cancelled the line. PATHETIC!! On sending complaint I'm still awaiting a response my advice to anyone...STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST... there are way better ISP s in South Africa
