Worst ISP i have ever Dealt with.

I would advise people not to sign up with Afrihost. Our line has been an issue for the last three months, first we had speed issue which got resolved for less than a week, now our line is completely off. They keep on saying sorry for the inconvenience but no manager escalation from them. They keep on saying from the start that a frogfoot technician will come out to test the line but nothing happens not even a phone call. But in my opinion Afrihost is the ISP and they need to take the relevant steps to get the issue resolved. This has been the worst experience I ever had. Now we can't even get another ISP who os willing to give us the service we required as we need to wait till en January before we can do that. It's ridiculous. We keep getting promised that they will call us back but woth no success. If we need to get feedback we need to give them a call back. So if you are thinking of joining Afrihost. Think twice.
