Worst ISP ever experienced

<p>Wow, afrihost i thought in the start was the best. Once they have you for two months then your just another customer. My account suspended for 33 rand as the online feature for payments gave me an error code. just take note that they debited my account and could have added the 33.52 cents. After 7 emails, 2 hours worth of chatting and 1 hour on the phone i get told theres nothing they can do to activate my account until 33 rand is paid. Paid Via EFT as other payments dont work, then I get told 72 hours waiting period. but besides all this, i cannot log into anything on the phone app, in the past i have sat days without internet due to faulty line etc, takes weeks for a reply via email. </p>
