Worst ISP ever

So my Fibre line was disconnected due to a debit not going off ,as we had card issuses, i called them and they stated it must be updated on payfast cause vuma reach does the debits. i updated the card details and they logged 2 tickets to vuma reach for me and put my name or account on the redebit list ,still nothing happened. i called afrihost numerous time to help again with the issue but they just gave me the runaround . I called yesterday morning to ask for a payment link and the consultant told me they would email it or send a sms but we received nothing. i called later during the day again and explained to the consultant what happened and she put me on hold for a hour and came back saying that they wont send me a payment link ,one of her colleagues will call us back to find out if there is sufficient funds in the account and if they can do the debit immediately then they would send vuma reach the form to say they can go ahead and debit. No was received on our side and fibre line still down. Its a week now.

So much for ISP.
