Worst ISP ever!!!

Worst customer experience ever!!!!!! I am so frustrated with Afrihost. Each time I need to speak to a new consultant to resolve my internet connection query! The one consultant even directed me to Vumatel for assistance knowing that it was a query only afrihost could resolve. Ive been without internet for a week being directed from pillar to post each time to a new person who has to investigate my query from scratch!! Stay far away from this ISP!! Worst decision ever!!!
