Worst ISP ever

I have only been with this ISP for 2 months. From the on set I have had bad service. My installation took 5 weeks instead of the 2 weeks I was promised. I had to find out after I called to ask what's going on? They then told me they had an issue, which was a blatant lie. None the less on week 5 2 guys arrived to do the installation. Mind you they did a **** shop as their glue gun was not working so they had to make shift a way to get the cables to stay on the walls, but now those same cables are sagging in places and optic box was just placed on the floor.

Well that was just start of it. My internet connection has been bad since the beginning. I was 1st put on the wrong package that I had to pay for then only downgraded at the beginning on this month. The WhatsApp help is "NO" help and the call centre is no different. I am changing ISP's as soon as I can. I have had it with Afrihost. Oh I forgot, I was without connection for 3 to 4 days in April and my line speed of 10mbps down/ 5mbps up has never been what it is supposed to be. I barely get 4mbsp with only 2 devices connected to the network.
