Worst ISP ever

Poor service. I have requested a line upgrade since my fibre been installed after fighting for that also to get done, MY 2mbps ADSL ran better than a 4mbps Fibre, So yesterday i decided to upgrade to the 20mbps to see if it will stop me for removing the equipment and come and shove it at you Offices. Today 26/06/2018 at 10:08 a person name Larry S. told me "Package is awaiting to be completed on the Vuma end" now at 16:18 i doble check and still nothing being done so i contacted Vuma and guess what their response is NO REQUEST SUBMITTED FROM AFRIHOST. VERY FAST TO TAKE THE DEBIT ORDER EACH MONTH BUT SLOWER THAN A SNAIL TO GIVE CLIENTS WHAT THEY WANT.
