First it was not them it was a stock out, then it was not them its the courier company, then it was not them it is Internet solutions. You Ask for a senior person or the CEO and they refuse.

Then you phone them. You press 0 for the switchboard and you put through to sales 3 times, and then to accounts. Sorry sir the switchboard is busy so you put through to any person....... A bunch of people that have no clue of client service.
