Worst ISP Ever

My fiber internet keeps on going down and I have spent more than 5 hours on the phone with these idiots over the past three months (all at my expense off course because their sms service is being ignored) and they still do not know why my service is being interrupted... There are no managers available to escalate my queries to and I am so frustrated.

Afrihost is at the epitome of incompetence and should not offer a service which they are incapable of delivering.
