Worst ISP ever!
This is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with! My internet is so bad, it is mostly unusable. I work from home and has been using my cellphone's hotspot for the last 2 weeks. I cannot watch anything on my TVs anymore. When you log a ticket with Afrihost the only thing they do is to send OpenServe out. OpenServe has now been here 3 times. The last time their tests indicated that the fiber line is 100% as per my contractual speeds. Yet, when I use the wifi router supp**** by Afrihost, the internet is so slow, I cannot use it. Even the speed test sites do not even load. I pay over R1000 per month for something I cannot use. This is ridicilous!

Afrihost does not have any technical support at all. They just have people who know how to ask for screen shots of speed tests until you cannot take it anymore.
