Worst ISP around

I have had the most frustrating 2 days and I Fibre is still down!!! They keep on blaming the Fibre provider when my neighbour uses the same Fibre box at the end of the road !!! They don’t respond to mails ,staff tell you they need to leave , staff say they will call you back and they don’t, please avoid this company at ALL costs !
