Worst ISP and customer service

If I could give zero stars I would!! Literally the worst ISP I’ve ever encountered, I paid my services before time with immediate payment, they still suspended my services and charge me the admin fee, which they won’t even reimburse I’m sure. They also have the worst customer service. This has caused such a great inconvenience for me, and now I have to wait until Monday for them to reactivate my services.
